Thoughts

Dearest Uncle Bob, When I think of you, I will always remember a tall man with a strong English accent (this is coming from someone who grew up in California!) who cared deeply and always took care of those he loved! Oh and your love of the Yorkshire Dales, because I shared this with you! Thank you for always looking out for my Grandma Rosie after Grandad died. You did so much for her and were always there when she needed a friend. One of my favorite memories is when you brought my Grandma down to London to visit me when I was there on a high school graduation trip. You bought me a beer and told me all about how my Grandad had loved this very beer and shared with me about the kind of music that he had played before he passed on. That was such a special day spent with you and Gran and I will cherish this memory forever. I am glad I got to see you last January when I visited England and heard one last time all your stories. You will be deeply missed by all those fortunate enough to have known you. Thank you for your love and friendship! You and Aunt June are and will always be my chosen family. Sending love and a warm hug to your whole family, Jessica Rose Johnson
